Be the first to hear these emerging young composers!

Ottawa Chamberfest and the uOttawa School of Music are pleased to present the 2025 Student Composer Workshop. Hear the world premieres of multiple wind quintets by student composers performed by a professional ensemble. Composers will join a conversation about their work with the musicians and audience. One quintet will be selected for an additional performance at a New Music Now concert at Chamberfest 2025.

The 2025 Student Composer Workshop is a part of the Beaudry Somcynsky Visiting Composer Lecture Series held at the University of Ottawa. Admission is free, but registration is required.
