1 Piano, 4 Hands: Nicole Presentey & John Dapaah
Ottawa pianists Nicole Presentey and John Kofi Dapaah will shine in a four-hands piano program including hits by Mozart, Debussy, Grieg’s “In the Hall of the Mountain King,” tango, and even some Lady Gaga! Presentey is a Carleton University professor and champion of the next generation; as a founder of Chamberfest’s Rising Stars winners, performing with Dapaah, her former student, must feel gratifying to say the least – but featuring this year’s Rising Stars winners brings this Chamberfest concert full circle. Catch two local favourites and be among the first to meet the region’s finest emerging talent – it’s an opportunity you don’t want to miss!
