Box Office Policies

Please carefully review these important terms and conditions of sale.

HST
All prices are exclusive of fees and HST.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
There are no refunds. All sales final.
Tickets may be exchanged for another Chamberfest concert (subject to availability). Any difference in price will be charged accordingly.

Patrons who feel unwell are required to stay home and contact the box office to exchange their tickets. 

ONLINE SERVICE CHARGE
$2.75 per ticket/subscription/pass applies to online orders. The online service charge covers the cost to fulfill your ticket order when purchasing online. To avoid this charge, please call our box office at 613-234-6306 to purchase your tickets.

CHILDREN
Tickets for children 12 and under are free and can only be reserved by calling our box office at 613-234-6306. Children must be seated with a parent or guardian. Ask us about age recommendations.

ACCESSIBLE TICKETS
If you or someone in your party needs accessible seating, please call our box office at 613-234-6306. Our venues have accessible entrances and seating.

CONCERT INFORMATION
Artists, programs, dates, and prices are subject to change without notice. If a concert has to be cancelled or rescheduled, our box office will be in touch with all ticket holders to explain their options.

Doors open 30 minutes before concert start time. Latecomers will not be admitted into concerts that are also being livestreamed. If you have to leave the sanctuary during a livestreamed concert, you will not be admitted back into the concert until the intermission. 

Mobile devices must be silent during the performances.

Audio and video recording prohibited.

No food or drink will be permitted in the sanctuary. Bottled water is allowed.

Purchase of an in-person ticket implies agreement to be filmed, photographed, or recorded while in attendance.

COVID-19 SAFETY
All Chamberfest concerts follow current Ontario regulations based on the location of the event. We require everyone to follow the regulations listed here to ensure your safety and protect against the spread of COVID-19:

Chamberfest strongly suggests masking when indoors, particularly if physical distancing cannot be maintained. We are aware that personal preferences regarding optional mask use will vary greatly, and we ask that we all show consideration and care for each other during this transition.

Regular cleaning and sanitization protocols will be in place.

These safety measures are subject to change based on Ontario’s COVID regulations.
