City Series: Ottawa Children’s Choir
The Ottawa Children’s Choir, under the direction of Robert Filion, and in collaboration with pianist Valerie Dueck, presents a richly varied programme highlighting the many different facets of Canada’s musical heritage. This beloved Ottawa group is celebrating their 65th Anniversary this year. Catch them in town before they head off on their Western Canada tour.
Chamberfest’s City Series has been bringing live music to Ottawa’s City Hall (and beyond) for a decade. This year’s Spring lineup features emerging artists and local favourites from the Ottawa Children’s Choir to flute virtuoso Gertrude Letourneau to our Steinway young artists to the world premiere of a new work by p. lukic. Join us for these noon hour recitals on Tuesdays for FREE!
